Blueberry Vinaigrette
This super simple Blueberry Vinaigrette only requires 5 simple ingredients! It’s a sweet dressing that is a household favourite! This homemade vinaigrette comes together in only a couple of minutes and brightens up any salad.

Ingredients

blueberries

apple cider vinegar

maple syrup

or to taste

Instructions
To a blender or food processor, add all of the ingredients. Blend until combined.
Store in an airtight container if not used immediately.
Notes
Feel free to add a bit more water to thin out the dressing.
If the dressing solidifies in the fridge, you may have to mix or blend it again.
