1½cuphot water
1cupsugaror 2-3 tbsp more, if you prefer it sweeter
1cupfish sauce
5-6clovesgarlicminced
2-3red Thai chili pepperschopped finely
2limesjuiced
Instructions
Combine the hot water and sugar. Stir to dissolve.
Add the fish sauce and stir.
