With a Milk Frother
Pour heavy cream, milk, and vanilla syrup into a tall mason jar or glass.
Use a handheld milk frother to whip the mixture for 15 to 20 seconds until frothy and foamy. You will know it’s ready as the cold foam will increase in volume.
