This simple but delicious cottage cheese with fruit breakfast bowl recipe is one of my favorites for busy mornings. It comes together quickly and easily and makes for a nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients
1limejuiced and zested
3tablespoonshoney
1handfulbasilribboned
¾cupblackberries
¾cupstrawberriessliced
¾cupblackberries
2cupscottage cheese2% MF
Instructions
Add the blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, lime juice, lime zest, honey, and basil in a bowl. Mix to combine.
Scoop half a cup of cottage cheese into a bowl, plate, or cup. Top with a quarter of the fruit mixture, making sure to drizzle the liquid in the bottom of the bowl on the cottage cheese. Repeat with the rest of the cottage cheese and fruit. Enjoy!

Notes
Instead of ¾ cups of each of the blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries, you can use 2¼ cups of fruit of your choice.
