In a small saucepan, over medium-high, heat the milk along with the earl grey tea. Once the milk has started to simmer, turn off the heat and steep the tea in the milk for up to 10 minutes.
Add the chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix until well combined. Cover with a lid.
