In a small saucepan, over medium-high, heat the milk along with the jasmine tea. Once the milk has started to simmer, turn off the heat and steep the tea in the milk for up to 10 minutes.
Add the chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix until well combined. Cover with a lid.
Let it set for 5 to 10 minutes in the fridge before returning and giving it a second stir.
