Ingredients
18 to 20medjool dates
½cupnatural peanut butter
½cupstrawberry jamor any berry jam of choice
¼cuproasted peanuts
¼cupfreeze dried strawberriesroughly chopped
Instructions
Cut the medjool dates in half length-wise, but leave them partially intact on the backside, so you can open the dates like a book. Remove the pit from each date.
Spread around one teaspoon of peanut butter and jam into each date.
Top with roasted peanuts (gently press them into the filling if needed) and then sprinkle the chopped freeze dried strawberries on top. Gently close each date and serve.
