These easy baked ground chicken patties are such a simple but delicious meal prep. These healthier Baked Chicken Patties Meal Prep are juicy and flavourful on top of being freezer friendly as well!
Prepare two sheet pans by lining them with parchment paper and spraying with non-stick.
While the oven is heating, mix all of the ingredients together. Do not over mix.
Divide the mixture up equally into 16 portions before shaping them into patties and placing them out onto the sheet pans. I just roll them into a giant ball then flatten them.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Flipping them at the half way mark.
Serve with a splash of lemon juice from a lemon wedge.
