This super simple Sautéed Corn and Shallots is a quick and easy side dish that goes with any meal!

butter
unsalted

cooked corn
divided

shallots
sliced

tsp
salt

tsp
garlic powder

sprigs
thyme
stem removed
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, add in half of the butter, corn, shallots, salt, and garlic powder.
Sauté for 10-15 minutes, adding the rest of the butter at the half way mark, until the corn has changed from a yellow to a golden colour.
Add the thyme and additional seasoning if desired to the corn and shallots and sauté for another 5 minutes.
