8 ounces goat cheese softened
4 ounces cream cheese softened
2 to 3 tablespoons hot honey

Optional

fresh thyme or chives or herbs of choice
red pepper flakes

Instructions

Place goat cheese and cream cheese into a food processor and blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides if needed.
Transfer whipped goat cheese to a serving plate and spread into an even layer.
Top the whipped goat cheese with the hot honey and garnish with thyme, and serve with crispy toasted crostini, if desired.
