Air Fryer Bagels Recipe (No Yeast!)
Ready in under 30 minutes, these homemade air fryer bagels are so simple but delicious! This easy no-yeast bagel recipe can be easily customized with any of your favorite bagel toppings!

cups
all purpose flour
2
cups
greek yogurt
plain, full fat
1
tablespoon
baking powder
1
teaspoon
salt
1
tablespoon
garlic powder
optional
1
tablespoon
onion powder
optional
2
tablespoons
water
1
egg
beaten for the egg wash
Everything Bagel Seasoning
or seasoning of choice
Instructions
Combine the flour, greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, with 2 tablespoons of water in a large mixing bowl.
Mix with a machine (I use a KitchenAid) or by hand, until the dough is well combined. The dough will be thick and a little tacky.
On a floured surface, cut the dough into 8 even pieces. (I cut mine in half, then halved those halves twice.)
Roll out each of the pieces into approximately 8-8.5 inch long logs before pinching the ends together into a loop/bagel shape.
Brush the top of the bagels with a beaten egg and sprinkle on top the seasoning of your choice.
Air fry at 350F for 12 minutes.
