This Air Fryer Steak Bites and Mushroom recipe with a soy garlic marinade makes for the perfect weeknight dinner or as a meal prep for the week! It comes together quickly and effortlessly in the air fryer! This recipe features tender pieces of beef and mushrooms coated in a delightfully savory sauce.
Combine the ingredients for your marinade and cover your steak bites with it and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
For the mushrooms, you can either marinate them alongside the steak or you can lightly toss them in olive oil with salt and pepper.
Once ready, transfer the steak bites and mushrooms into your air fryer basket with a pair of tongs (Don't pour it into the basket as the liquid will just go through the basket).
Set the airfryer to 400F for 10-12 minutes. Be sure to give the basket a shake at least twice.
Once ready, serve alongside your carb of choice or store in an airtight container for up to 4 days as a meal prep.
