This Air Fryer Steak Bites and Mushroom recipe with a soy garlic marinade makes for the perfect quick dinner or as a meal prep for the week!
Air Fryer Steak Bites and Mushroom
One of my favourite dishes to order at All You Can Eat Sushi is the garlic steak bites with mushrooms. I love a good tender bite sized steak and when I’m craving red-meat, this is one of my go-to recipes. The Japanese inspired garlic soy marinade packs a punch and you’re going to want to make this regularly!
I love using my air fryer for this as it really only takes 10-12 minutes in the air fryer and everything gets cooked perfectly through. For this recipe, I use my Philips Air Fryer XXL. (Note: this recipe was originally sponsored by Philips on Instagram but I’m sharing it on the blog as it’s easier to search for/bookmark!)
