1½cupwaterboiled and hot
4bagsearl grey tea
1cupsugar
Instructions
To a small pot, add hot boiled water and four tea bags. Steep the earl grey tea bags for 4 to 5 minutes before discarding the tea bags.
Add the sugar to the pot and simmer, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes, making sure to stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Let the syrup cool to room temperature and transfer to an airtight container before storing in the fridge or using.
