Ingredients
2 to 3bananassliced into rounds
¼cupcaramelor date caramel
¼cuprunny peanut butter
2 to 4tablespoonsroasted peanuts
¼cupchocolate chips
2teaspoonscoconut oil
Instructions
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place the sliced bananas in a single layer with a small gap in between them.
Drizzle the caramel and then peanut butter over all of the banana slices.
Sprinkle the peanuts on top.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave on high in 20-second increments, stirring in between until the chocolate is fully melted.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the banana slices. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours or until everything has firmed up. When frozen, enjoy or transfer to a freezer-safe bag to store in the freezer.
