Ingredients

1teaspoonapple cider vinegar
3tablespoonsred chili flakesor 2 sliced jalapenos or 2 to 3 tablespoons of Frank's hot sauce
Instructions
Add honey, apple cider vinegar, and red chili flakes (or sliced jalapenos or hot sauce) to a small saucepan.
Heat the honey mixture gently over medium heat just until you see some bubbles near the edge of the saucepan. Stirring gently throughout. Do not allow it to boil!
Remove the mixture from the heat, and everything infuse for 15 to 20 minutes.
If using red pepper flakes or jalapenos, strain the honey through a fine mesh sieve into an airtight container. Use immediate or store for later.
