This quick pepperoni flatbread pizza is a super easy dinner recipe that comes together in less than 15 minutes! Made with flatbread instead of pizza dough, this homemade pepperoni pizza can be customized with your favorite toppings making for the perfect weeknight dinner that the whole family will love.
Place your flatbreads on a lined sheet pan. Add the marinara sauce to the middle and spread it over using the back of a spoon or spatula, leaving some space at the edge to create a crust.
Add some dried oregano and grated garlic over the sauce if desired.
Top the flatbreads with shredded mozzarella and parmesan.
Then evenly place the pepperoni around the flatbreads.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the flatbread pizzas has turned golden brown.
Allow to cool before cutting to serve.
