Instructions
Soft Boiled Egg
In a pot, add your egg and add enough water to cover the egg. Bring the pot up to a boil and once boiled, allow it to cook for 4 minutes before putting the egg into an ice bath.
Instant Ramen and Baby Bok Choy
Bring a pot of water to a boil before cooking the noodles according to the instructions on the packet. At the same time, add some baby bok choy to the pot.
Shrimp
In a non-stick skillet on medium high heat with olive oil, pan sear shrimp. If you desire, you can add a sauce of your choice to add extra flavour (I added a mixture of honey and sriracha).
Cook the shrimp until it starts to become pink around the edges and it no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan. Then, flip the shrimp and let it cook through.
Assembly
Once everything is done, assemble your instant ramen bowl by adding in your shrimp and soft boiled egg to your noodles and baby bok choy!
