non-stick spray
Instructions
Heat oven to 425F.
Add the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cornstarch, and nutritional yeast to a bowl. Mix well to combine.
Add the pressed and diced tofu to a bowl, drizzle and coat well with olive oil. Add the seasoning mix to the tofu and toss well until evenly coated.
Spray a sheet pan with non-stick spray and transfer the coated tofu cubes to the sheet pan, making sure they are evenly spaced and in a single layer.
Bake the tofu in the oven for 30 minutes, flipping the tofu with tongs at the halfway point. Let cool and serve.
