INGREDIENTS

In a large skillet, saute the pork and onions in oil.

Add the kimchi juice, gochugaru, gochujang, soy sauce, and sugar. Continue to saute until everything is well combined.

Add around 3 tablespoons of water to the skillet and let simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add cooked udon noodles.

Toss the kimchi udon until combined.
