Have dinner ready on the table in less than 20 minutes with this quick and healthy Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas! Perfect as a quick dinner or as an easy meal prep for the week.
What are Chicken Fajitas?
Fajita is a Tex-Mex dish that includes grilled meat that is served on a tortilla. It originated with skirt steak but now they’re served with steak, chicken, shrimp, or tofu! You can cook it with bell peppers, onions, or any vegetable of your choice and serve it with whatever toppings you wish. Popular ones are sour cream, avocado/guac, salsa, and more red onions. You can also eat it “bowl” style if you’re not feeling the tortillas.
So why an air fryer? I love using the air fryer to make my chicken fajitas because it takes less than 20 minutes to make from start to finish. This air fryer chicken fajitas is great when you’re cooking for 1-2. If you’d like to double the recipe, just cook it in two batches.
