A childhood favourite, these Air Fryer Corn Dogs are so quick and easy. Making corn dogs in the air fryer yields much crispier results than baking them and they’re made in a fraction of the time!
Something new I’ve been enjoying making is cooking frozen corn dogs in my air fryer. Growing up, I used to bake them in the oven and if I was in a hurry, I’d microwave them. However, they were never as good as when they were deep fried at a fair. Air frying corn dogs have been a game changer as they come out so crunchy on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside.
These air fryer frozen corn dogs have been my go-to snack lately after buying a large box at Costco. I just grab one from the freezer and pop it into my air fryer and in a few minutes it’s done. No more waiting for the oven to preheat and then waiting 15 to 18 minutes for my corn dog. Plus, the kitchen doesn’t get heated up with the oven on! I love my air fryer.
Ingredients Needed For This Recipe

How to Make Corn Dogs in the Air Fryer
- Place the corn dogs in the air fryer in a single layer. My model can only fit two due to the length, but some models can fit four.
- Air fry the corn dogs at 400F for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Let cool for 1 to 2 minutes before removing them from the air fryer basket as the sticks will be hot. Alternatively, use tongs to remove them.

The model of air fryer that I use does not require preheating. However, not all air fryers are made the same. If your air fryer requires preheating, be sure to do so.
Nope! I find that frozen corn dogs don’t stick to my air fryer basket. However, if yours tend to stick, consider spraying some olive oil in the air fryer basket before placing the corn dogs in.
You can definitely cook mini corn dogs the same way. Just air fry mini corn dogs for 4 to 5 minutes instead.
No need to rotate or flip the corn dogs when you air fry them!
