This ten seconds small-batch Cashew Milk is my new go-to drink. Made with just two ingredients and in a few seconds, this cashew milk is so creamy and delicious.

I love cashew milk but let’s be honest, sometimes I forget to soak my cashews the night before, and straining it can be a bit annoying. Recently, I’ve been using this new method of making cashew milk and it is SO much easier. Toss everything into the blender for a couple of seconds and you’re good to go.

    Ingredients You’ll Need

    • cashew butter — instead of using soaked cashews, you use cashew butter to make things easier! Here’s how I make homemade cashew butter.
    • dates — make sure they’re pitted.

How to Make Small-Batch Cashew Milk

    • To a blender, add the cashew butter, dates, and filtered water.
    • Blend until well combined.

Why Should I Make Cashew Milk This Way?

    • It’s faster: it takes seconds for my Vitamix to turn the nut butter into creamy cashew milk!
    • No need to plan ahead: you don’t have to soak your cashews the night before. Simply use a couple of spoonfuls of cashew butter, and you’re done!
    • No straining: I low-key dislike cleaning up a nut milk bag, and there’s no need to plan for a recipe to use up the cashew pulp to prevent food waste.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make a large batch? How do I store it?

You can make a large batch if you’d like. Simply double or triple the recipe. Store the milk in the fridge for a day or so. You might have to give it a shake before consuming it.

Can I do this with other nut butters?

Yes! You definitely change things up with different nut butter.

What else can I add to this?

You can flavour your cashew milk with other ingredients such as vanilla extract, sea salt, maple syrup, honey, and even cocoa powder!
