    Why You’ll Love This Recipe

    • It only takes a few seconds to whip up this easy protein dip! Just add everything into a bowl and stir to combine!
    • This funfetti dip was inspired by Dunkaroo dip! The vanilla, the sprinkles, and the extra hint of sweetness just hit that nostalgia! If you’re craving a hit of your childhood, this dip just might do it for you.
    • It’s the perfect dessert dip for so many occasions. Whether you just want to use up the tub of yogurt in the fridge or you want a sweet treat, this protein-packed dip is always a hit.

    Ingredients You’ll Need

Ingredients needed to make funfetti greek yogurt dip.

greek yogurt — plain greek yogurt adds a lovely tangy flavor to the dip, but if you’re not a fan, you can use vanilla greek yogurt. Make sure you are using greek and not regular yogurt though, as it has more protein and is thicker, making it perfect for dipping.

protein powder — make sure you use protein powder you actually like for this high protein dip recipe. The dip cannot mask the flavor of the protein powder if it’s not one you like! I’m using a 100% whey vanilla protein powder.

vanilla — you can use real vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste. Both are great options and add a nice vanilla flavor to the dip. Vanilla bean paste will add a more intense vanilla flavor than a liquid extract.

maple syrup — if you want extra sweetness, you can add a drizzle of maple syrup. I usually add a splash as it helps balance the tangy flavor of plain vanilla greek yogurt.

sprinkles — use your favorite sprinkles! Rainbow sprinkles are always a great option. I got these cute pastel ones that also have unicorn-shaped sprinkles that kids love.

    Recipe Tips and Notes

    • You can serve this funfetti dip with anything you want from graham crackers to animal crackers to pretzels to freshly sliced fruit.
    • If you want this dip to be thicker and indulgent, you can add a few spoonfuls of cream cheese.
    • Make sure you don’t overmix the sprinkles. I add them last to prevent the sprinkles from bleeding into the mixture and making the color of the dip all funky.
    • If you have the time, you can allow the dip to sit in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes before serving, as it helps the flavors meld together.

    Make Ahead Tips

    • Meal prep: you can make this funfetti protein dip ahead of time and store it in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the fridge.
