This Sheet Pan Honey Soy Salmon is the easiest dinner! This sheet pan salmon dinner only takes 15 minutes to cook after marinating!
Sheet Pan Honey Soy Salmon
This sheet pan salmon and asparagus, tomatoes, and onions is so easy to make. Marinaded with soy sauce, honey, garlic, and lime, this salmon is full of flavour and comes out perfectly moist. This sheet pan salmon and vegetables has been my new go-to recipe whenever I need to quickly get dinner on the table.
While I only cook 2 servings in this sheet pan salmon recipe, you can easily double or triple the servings, you’ll just need more sheet pan space!

How To Make This Sheet Pan Salmon Dinner
- Combine the ingredients of the marinade and combine with the salmon to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Coat the onions, asparagus, and grape tomatoes with olive oil and season with salt to taste.
- Arrange the vegetables onto a sheet pan, leaving enough room for the salmon.
- Once the salmon is done marinading, place skin side down onto the sheet pan and drizzle any extra marinade onto the salmon.
- Bake for 15 minutes. If desired, brush a little bit of extra honey on top of the salmon and broil for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve while warm with a wedge of lime squeezed on top.
Recipe Variations
- add 1 tbsp of ginger to the marinade for extra flavour
- swap out the vegetables such as broccoli or cauliflower
Tips and Notes
- I like to serve my salmon with pearl couscous. Bring 1.25 cups of water or stock to a boil and add in 1 cup of pearl couscous. Super easy! You can even toast the pearl couscous first if you’ve got some time on your hands.
- To save time, you can prep the marinade the night before.
- I would avoid marinading the salmon overnight in the fridge due to the lime juice. If you’d like to marinate the salmon overnight, don’t add the lime until 20 minutes before you plan on cooking the salmon.
- I like grating my garlic for this because it just melts into everything compared to minced garlic.
- If you’re worried about the salmon being dry, you can cook it into a parchment packet then broil the salmon at the end for a minute.
- If your salmon hasn’t thawed out by the time you’re ready to marinate it, put it in a cold water bath, changing the water every 30 minutes until it is no longer frozen.
