    I’ve been seeing a lot of variations of whipped feta recipes on TikTok recently and decided to give it a try after H said it looked delicious and he wanted a bowl of it. It’s super easy to make and you can adjust the ingredients as much as you like to make it your own.

    Ingredients You’ll Need

    Ingredients for whipped feta.
    • roasted tomatoes — for the roasted tomatoes, you’ll need grape or cherry tomatoes, garlic, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
    • feta cheese — I like getting a block of feta over crumbled feta as blocks tend to be more flavourful and higher in quality.
    • cream cheese — this helps mellow out the saltiness of the feta cheese and gives the dip that creamy texture.
    • olive oil — this helps blend everything together, adds flavour, and helps make it smooth.
    • dippers — I like to serve my whipped feta recipe with cucumbers, mini bell peppers, and crostinis.

    How to Make Whipped Feta Dip

    • Toss the grape tomatoes, sliced garlic, thyme, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper together and air fry in a parchment-lined basket at 350F for 10 to 15 minutes (or on a parchment-lined sheet pan in an oven).

    • Combine the feta cheese, soften cream cheese, salt and pepper, and olive oil in a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
    • Serve the whipped feta with roasted tomatoes on top and a side of sliced cucumbers, mini bell peppers, and crostini.

    Recipe Tips and Notes

    • Add a splash of lemon juice or lemon zest for an extra bright flavour.
    • Add a drizzle of honey for added sweetness to the feta and cream cheese dip.
    • Add more cream cheese if you want a creamier dip.
    • Make sure you are using block cream cheese and not cream cheese from a tub.

    Make Ahead Tips

    • Make ahead: store the whipped feta in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
    • To serve: when ready to enjoy, bring the dip to room temperature before serving as the cream cheese in the dip needs some time to soften again.

    Ingredients

    For the Roasted Tomatoes:

    • ½ cup grape tomatoes
    • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
    • 2-3 sprigs thyme
    • 1½ tbsp olive oil
    • 1 pinch salt and pepper

    For the Whipped Feta:

    • 1 cup feta cheese
    • 5 tbsp soften cream cheese, or more
    • salt and pepper
    • 3 tsp olive oil

    To serve:

    • mini cucumbers, sliced
    • mini red peppers
    • crostini
