    Why You’ll Love This Recipe

    • It’s so quick and easy to make these delightful bagel chips in the air fryer. Simply slice up a bagel and toss it in some oil and seasoning!
    • It’s perfect for using up leftover bagels, and you can customize it however you’d like. Change the seasoning mix to your favorite.
    • You can make these bagel chips as crispy as you’d like. Sometimes I just don’t want chips super duper crispy, but other times, I do! So you can change the air frying time to make it how you’d like.
    My Recommendation
I love my air fryer! This is the one I'm currently using and it crisps everything up perfectly with little-to-no oil.

    Ingredients You’ll Need

Ingredients needed to make air fryer bagel chips.
    • bagels — you’ll need one to two bagels. You can use any type of bagel to make bagel chips. I’m partial to sesame bagels or everything bagels. Make sure to buy bagels that aren’t pre-sliced in half. You want to be able to cut them vertically to make round-ish slices.
    • oil — I use olive oil, but you can use any oil you’d like.
    • seasoning — I use a combination of Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt.

Before and after air frying bagel chips.
    • Transfer the bagel chips into the air fryer basket and air fry for 6 to 7 minutes at 310F. Try not to overlap the bagel chips.

    Recipe Tips and Notes

    • If you are slicing the chips thinner than I do, make sure to adjust the air frying time accordingly.
    • I like to serve my chips with some hummus.
    • You can season these however you’d like. I also like to coat the chips in some paprika, everything but the bagel seasoning, dried basil, lemon pepper, or even Cajun seasoning.
    • Less fresh bagels are easier to cut. I usually use a bread knife to make slicing the bagel chips easier.

    Make Ahead Tips

    • Storage: once cooled, store the air fryer bagel chips in an airtight container for up to 4 days at room temperature.
