Recipe Tips and Notes
- If you are slicing the chips thinner than I do, make sure to adjust the air frying time accordingly.
- I like to serve my chips with some hummus.
- You can season these however you’d like. I also like to coat the chips in some paprika, everything but the bagel seasoning, dried basil, lemon pepper, or even Cajun seasoning.
- Less fresh bagels are easier to cut. I usually use a bread knife to make slicing the bagel chips easier.
