If you’re like myself and love to pick yourself up a lil treat at starbies when you go out but also want to do it daily, then you must try this homemade pumpkin cream cold brew. It’s a seasonal favorite and is so easy to make at home for a fraction of the price!

    Why You’ll Love This Recipe

    • It comes together in a few easy steps. You won’t believe how easy it is to make the perfect pumpkin cold foam recipe at home. Cold brew is super easy to make as well, or you can just pick up a big bottle at the store.
    • You don’t have to wait for it to hit the stores! There’s nothing I hate more than when my favorite seasonal drink just disappears off the menu one day! Make this cold brew with pumpkin cold foam whenever your heart desires!
    • While I’m not against strolling in my PJs down the street with my dog to SB to pick up a cup in the mornings, it is more convenient to make this at home! Especially when the ingredients are pretty much pantry staples.

    Ingredients You’ll Need

Ingredients needed to make pumpkin cream cold brew.
    • pumpkin puree — make sure you are using pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling. They’re usually side by side on the shelves, but pumpkin pie filling is seasoned and sweetened, whereas pumpkin puree is just pumpkin. Pumpkin puree usually comes in a large can, so this recipe is great for using up leftover puree. However, if you’re opening up a new can of pumpkin puree, you can always freeze leftover pumpkin puree in ice cube molds until ready to use again. Try my homemade pumpkin puree if you can’t find it in a can!
    • maple syrup — make sure you use real maple syrup and not pancake syrup. They are not the same!
    • pumpkin pie spice — pumpkin pie spice is made up of a wonderful blend of warm spices like cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves, giving the iced latte its classic flavor.
    • heavy cream — as the base of the homemade pumpkin cold foam.
    • vanilla syrup — to sweeten the cold brew.
    • cold brew — you can use store-bought or homemade cold brew.

    Recipe Tips and Notes

    • If you don’t have a frother, you can mix everything well in a mason jar and then tightly seal it up and shake it until thick and creamy.
    • Chilling the pumpkin foam allows it to froth up more easily.
    • Don’t want to make cold brew? You can use this pumpkin cold foam recipe with any brewed coffees, lattes, etc.

    Storage Tips

    • Cold brew lasts for a good week in the fridge and the homemade pumpkin cold foam lasts around 5 days. Make sure to store them separately in airtight containers.
