Non recipe related chat: It is almost my birthday! Holy crap, I can’t believe a whole year has gone by! Sadly, I’m not going anywhere this year for my birthday as neither my partner or my friend can get time off and I don’t really want to go to Europe by myself so I’m sticking around Toronto! My bestie and I are super excited to go to the spa downtown as we are both in need of some TLC.
Funny story – last year, we went to the spa in Berlin for my birthday. We learned the hard way last year that spas across the pond are… less shy than Canadian spas and that everyone seemed 100% cool with sitting naked in a sauna together, regardless of gender. It was definitely an interesting experience! I’d more than likely go back but maybe with just my girlfriends lol.

I’ve only tried about a handful of recipes using my air fryer, so I’m excited to break it out again and whip up some broccoli. Nutritional yeast will be a delicious addition. Love simple and nutritious side dishes!

I don’t have an air fryer yet but all these great recipes are making me want to buy one. Broccoli is one of my favorite veggies, partially I’ll admit because it goes great with butter. Thanks for this recipe, you make it look so easy.

I never would have thought you could make broccoli in an air fryer. What a versatile piece of equipment. I’ve been toying with the idea of purchasing one and after seeing what you’ve done with broccoli — well, I’m getting one. Love the seasoning you used on the veggie – that’s exactly what we do.

Simple and delightful! Broccoli is a go-to around here (mainly because the kids love it), and it’s always great to have a new way to cook it. I don’t have an air-fryer yet (trying to figure out the counter space) but I’ve seen so many great recipes for it lately that I’m thinking it’s time to take the plunge!

We roast broccoli on the reg in this house. It’s our fave veg side. I’ve never thought to throw it in the air fryer, though! We have one, and I very rarely use it. I’ve just sort of run out of ideas for it. But this is a great reason to dig it out. Can’t wait to give this a go!

Seriously THAT easy? I think I’m beginning to cave….an air fryer seems to be in my NEAR future. Everyone would just LOVE broccoli done this way.

OK, OK. I’ve been on the fence about getting an air fryer, but this may have just convinced me! Roasted broccoli is a staple in our house, but who wants to turn on that oven in the summer? NOT US! A must try!
