    Got leftover turkey? Or just craving turkey? This turkey sandwich box is for you! This Deconstructed Turkey Sandwich Bento Box works as a snack or as a meal – it’s really up to you! This turkey bento box has hummus, cheese, tomatoes, and my secret ingredient, cranberry crackers. It makes me think of Thanksgiving but without having to break out the sweatpants.

    Bonus: you don’t have to reheat anything so it’s perfect if you don’t have access to a microwave!

    What You’ll Need To Make This Deconstructed Turkey Sandwich Meal Prep

    • turkey: I got mine sliced from the deli counter.
    • cranberry crackers: mine are PC Black Label Cranberry & Fennel Crisps from Loblaws
    • cheese: use what you have!
    • cherry tomatoes
    • hummus: here’s how you can make your own hummus

    How To Pack Your Turkey Bento Box

    • Roll up the turkey slices and place them into your container.
    • In 1/4 of the container, add your crackers.
    • On top of the crackers, add your hummus.
    • Fill in the rest of the container with cheese and tomatoes.
    • Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.

    Notes for Making This Deconstructed Turkey Meal Prep

    • I use these glass airtight containers.
    • I use these silicone cups to hold my hummus.
    • I like using my Instant Pot to make my own chickpeas to make hummus.

    Ingredients

    • 400 grams sliced turkey
    • 20-24 cranberry crackers
    • 150 grams cheese, approximately
    • 1.5 cup cherry tomatoes
    • 1.5 cups hummus, approximately

    Instructions

    • Roll up the turkey slices and place them into your container.
    • In 1/4 of the container, add your crackers.
    • On top of the crackers, add your hummus.
    • Fill in the rest of the container with cheese and tomatoes.
    • Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
