This Frozen Yogurt Bark with Strawberries and Chocolate Chips is the perfect make ahead snack! Healthy, fun to eat, and easy to make!
Frozen Yogurt Bark with Strawberries and Chocolate Chips
I feel like I crave frozen yogurt ALL the time but my craving is almost always satisfied after a bite or two so really, I have no idea what my stomach wants sometimes. To make life easier, I started making frozen yogurt bark so I can grab a piece and have it hit the spot without having to wash a spoon (lol).
This frozen yogurt bark works perfectly as a fun after school snack, breakfast on the go, or just whenever you’re craving frozen yogurt. The frozen yogurt bark is super customizable and you can easily combine multiple flavours into just one sheet alone.
What You’ll Need To Make Frozen Yogurt Bark with Strawberries and Chocolate Chips
- greek yogurt
- honey
- strawberries
- chocolate chips
For the sheet pan, I used quarter sheet pans.
How to Make Frozen Yogurt Bark with Strawberries and Chocolate Chips
Line your sheet pan with parchment paper.
Mix together the greek yogurt with honey before spreading it out on the sheet pan in a single layer.
Top with strawberries and chocolate chips before covering it with clingfilm and freeze it for at least 4 hours/until it has hardened.
Once ready, cut them up however you prefer. Triangles, squares, rectangles, or a mix! Store in a freezer-safe bag stored in the freezer and enjoy for up to 3 months!
Tips, Notes, and Substitutions
- If you’re having trouble getting to the edges of the sheet pan, not to worry, it doesn’t have to be a perfect rectangle! If it’s bothering you, use alligator clips to clip the parchment paper to the edge of your sheet pan.
- Other fruits such as blueberries, cherries, peaches, etc would work well with this greek yogurt bark as well.
- Change it up by having half of the sheet pan strawberries and the other half a different fruit!
- You could also drizzle liquid honey on top before freezing instead of mixing it into the greek yogurt.
- I used vanilla flavoured greek yogurt but you can use whatever you prefer!
- Want to make this yogurt bark more indulgent? Serve them with this brownie batter dip recipe!
