Sweet, refreshing, and flavorful, this peach juice recipe is perfect for the summer! You don’t even need a juicer to make peach juice! I quickly whip this up in my blender, and it always comes out perfect.

    Why You’ll Love This Recipe

    • I always overestimate how many peaches I can consume once they’re in season. I almost always leave the grocery store with way too many peaches that panic about how to eat them all, so turning them into peach juice is a perfect way to use up all the ripe peaches on my countertop.
    • It’s so easy to make! You literally just blend everything in a blender!
    • You can easily adjust how thick or thin you’d like the juice. You can also adjust the sweetness and flavor.

    Ingredients You’ll Need

Ingredients needed to make peach juice.
    • peaches — make sure your peaches are ripe for the sweetest results. They shouldn’t be mushy, but when you squeeze them, ripe peaches will have a little give to them. You can use white or yellow peaches. Freestone peaches are easier to pit.
    • maple syrup — for added sweetness. Make sure to use real maple syrup and not pancake syrup.
    • water — I use filtered water.
    • brown sugar (optional) — for some extra added sweetness and a hint of molasses flavor from the brown sugar.
    • cinnamon (optional) — just a pinch for a little added warmth and flavor!

    • Add the peeled and pitted peaches into the blender along with the maple syrup and water. Add a pinch of brown sugar and cinnamon, if desired.
    • Blend until smooth. Add more water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
    • Serve immediately or enjoy chilled.

    Recipe Tips and Notes

    • If you don’t have fresh peaches, frozen peaches work as well! I would thaw it first so the consistency isn’t too thick. I wouldn’t suggest using canned peaches, as a lot are packed in syrup.
    • You can strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer to get rid of the excess fiber if desired.
    • You can also keep the skin on if you don’t want to peel the peaches. Make sure to wash them thoroughly so the skins are clean. You’ll want to strain them if you keep the skin on.
    • The peach juice is sweeter after chilling.

    Storage Tips

    • You can keep homemade peach juice in an airtight bottle or container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
