How To Cut and Core Cauliflower
Remove the leaves off the core of the cauliflower.
Cut the cauliflower head in half from the top of the crown to the bottom of the core.
Half the cauliflower again.
Cut the core out of the cauliflower head.
Use your hands and pull apart the florets, use the knife to cut through any that are too large. You’d want the florets to be a similar size to ensure even cooking.
What You’ll Need To Make Air Fryer Cauliflower
- cauliflower
- olive oil
- salt
- onion powder
- to top: lime wedge and parmesan
How To Air Fry Cauliflower
- Cut your cauliflower into florets.
- Toss the cauliflower in olive oil, salt, and onion salt.
- Add the cauliflower into the air fryer basket (try to have it in a single layer if possible, cook in two batches if too many overlap).
- Cook for 12-15 minutes on 375F.
- When done, serve with parmesan shaved on top and some lime squeezed on top.

- romesco sauce
- drizzle of honey and crumbled feta cheese
- peanut sauce
- red pepper flakes
- herb butter
Tips and Notes
- Try to cook your cauliflower in a single layer if possible. If you’re in a rush and can’t do two batches, be sure to shake your basket a couple of times during the cook time.
- For cheesy toppings, you can pop the cauliflower back in for a minute to get the cheese to melt onto the cauliflower.
